Having the house elevated on stumps combined with the layout, every room in the house receives the cool breezes. The plan really suits our family. At the beginning of our search, we met with a few builders on site before finding Craig. We immediately got the feeling that Craig understood what we were trying to achieve and when we met onsite we knew he could see our “vision”.

What we loved about Craig and his team was the excitement of building our home and the wonderful vibe him and his team set for the build. Nothing was too much trouble for Craig from the initial meeting, to drawing up the plans and turning dirt, right up until we received the keys to our wonderful home.

Craig liaised with us every step of the way confirming our satisfaction at every stage of the process with a “Are we there yet?!” or “How’s that sound?” We loved his ability to keep us up to date with things, keep on top of things and keep us posted on the process which was approximately 6months in total.

If you are looking for the right builder and don’t know where to start, we would highly recommend giving Craig a call and having a chat. His honest and knowledgeable approach lead us to having our beautiful home that we are totally in love with and obviously can’t rave about it enough!

Sure, we had the usual teething problems but overall the house was built to a very high standard & I would happily recommend The Pole Home Group.

When we first began planning this project I don’t think that my wife and I truly realised the enormity of developing a home on an acre & ¾ sloping block.

It was a massive house but we were happy with the design & whilst I’m sure Craig & Nick were pulling their hair out at our last-minute changes, it all went very smoothly.

Everything was handled very professionally & the pre-construction value was very accurate. The timing, delivery and pricing was excellent. We were always treated fairly and respectfully. The greatest testament to you may be that even now that we have lived here for almost 2 years, everything is true, straight and squeak free.

"We have become homebodies and it’s your fault! We moved into the beautiful house you built for us six months ago and we love every minute-so much so that we possibly spend a little bit TOO much time here!

From our first discussion, we had a good feeling about working with you. We went into this project having spoken with several other builders, none of whom seemed to ‘get’ what we wanted and who tried to push us in directions that suited them but weren’t right for us. When we first spoke to you, and started sketching out how the house could look on our block, we were so happy to finally meet someone who understood what we were looking to achieve and was excited about it!

We approached the build process itself with some trepidation as we had heard plenty of building horror stories. However, the process was smooth and it was great being helped along by Nick and his strong attention to detail and Sally-Anne who was always only too happy to help with anything and everything.
